National Day of Prayer

Many of us here at GoMedigap gathered around the flagpole this morning to observe the National Day of Prayer. We expressed our gratitude for our blessings and asked God to continue to guide and watch over us in our efforts to support our clients, our families and those who support us.

We thought we’d share this morning’s prayer spoken by GoMedigap’s founder, Richard Cantu…

National Day of Prayer

Good morning, Heavenly Father. We gather on this National Day of Prayer to honor you and thank you for your blessings and to ask for your continuing guidance and grace in our lives.

We thank you for this beautiful morning. For the opportunity to live in arguably the greatest country in the world – despite our flaws and differences.

Thank you for the blessings of our health and the opportunity to work with people, both peers and clients, that we enjoy being around.

Thank you for the opportunity to be involved in ways, through our work, in which we can make a positive difference and support ourselves, our families, our clients and our community and enjoy ourselves while doing it.

We ask that you bless our service men and women both stateside and overseas and to support them in noble causes.

Please guide our legislators in making wise decisions for the good of the country.

Be with our teachers as they educate and influence our children.

It has been apparent that you have guided GoMedigap through the years, both in good and difficult times, and we pray that you continue to guide us through the years and ensure we never lose sight of the fact that we are here to serve and treat others well, and that it’s ok to thoroughly enjoy ourselves in the process.

We love you, Lord, and are grateful for our blessings.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
