This position qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes data from multiple systems to provide insight on all areas of the business – from hiring to marketing effort optimization to departmental and employee efficiency to financial analysis and more. This position performs algorithmic work in various areas. This position consistently finds the next impactful piece of “Aha!” analysis that can guide the entire company to more efficiently serve our existing and future wonderful clients. This position will understand our data sources and business processes, and analyze it in ways that have never been done before in order to provide insight into our business to root out all inefficiency.
