Carrier Account Coordinator

The Carrier Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Enrollment Manager with management of the addition and maintenance of carrier health insurance products at GoMedigap. The role requires close coordination with our carriers, as well as internal key stakeholders to ensure timely/accurate development, implementation, appointments and necessary filings.

Content Specialist

The Content Specialist will have a precise grasp of the English language and a clear, compelling writing style, as well as comprehensive knowledge of Search Engine Optimization. This role will have experience creating superior content, as well as through knowledge of the fundamentals of grammar, syntax and style.

Customer Retention Representative

The Customer Retention Representative will engage with new Medicare customers and identify any areas of opportunity to improve their experience.
