    1. Hi Ms. O’Donnell,

Our DVH plan covers glasses. There is a 6 month waiting period on eyeglasses and contact lenses after you sign up for the plan. For eye coverage, the plan covers 60% of the cost in year one, 70% of the cost in year two, and 80% of the cost in year three and thereafter.

The coverage is the same for basic dental benefits, but there is no waiting period. However, with major services such as crowns, the plan covers 0% in year one, 70% in year two, and 80% for year three and thereafter. There is a 12 month waiting period for these major services.

I hope this answers all of your questions! If you have any more, please feel free to contact us at (800) 310-2550. Have a great day!
